Your Rights & Responsibilities

Okjj (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "okjj") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of okjj's website, application, and all related services.

By accessing the okjj platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform.

Okjj operates under an international gaming licence and complies with the rules set by the relevant regulatory authorities. It is the user's own responsibility to verify their age, location, and compliance with local laws before using our platform.

To use any service on okjj, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at registration. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.

Information required at registration:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number (linked to Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• A strong password

Each individual may only One Account can be opened. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Account verification (KYC) may require a copy of your national ID or passport. Completing KYC is mandatory before submitting any withdrawal request.

To register and play on okjj, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age 18 years must be
• You must have your own ID and mobile banking account
• You must ensure that online gaming is not legally prohibited in your area
• All gameplay must be entirely voluntary and at your own discretion

Okjj may request identity verification documents at any time. If documents are not submitted within 72 hours of the request, the account will be temporarily suspended.

Okjj currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 BDT
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–3 minutes
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 BDT
• Withdrawals may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours to process
• Withdrawals are not permitted without KYC verification
• Winnings from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the specified Wagering Requirement has been met

Okjj reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for review of suspicious transactions. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations is a mandatory obligation.

Okjj offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit. Available once per user only.
• Cashback Bonus: Paid out on losses up to a set amount on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you earn a bonus — the referred person must make their first deposit to qualify.
• Festival Bonus: Special offers are available during Eid, Puja, and other festivals.

Okjj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. Full details of active bonus programs are available on the promotions page.

All games on okjj operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, ensuring every game outcome is completely random and unbiased.

• If your internet disconnects during a game, the result will be saved on our servers and will be visible once you reconnect.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the server logs shall be considered the final and definitive record.
• In the event of an incorrect payment caused by a technical error, okjj reserves the right to correct the transaction.
• If a Live Casino game is interrupted due to a dealer issue or camera failure, the game may be declared void.

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Opening an account using someone else's identity or false information
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person
• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical glitches
• Colluding with other players to place bets (Collusion)
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Threatening or harassing okjj staff
• Using a VPN or proxy to claim bonus benefits

Okjj may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to submit KYC documents
• During an ongoing investigation into suspicious transactions
• By order of a court or government authority
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

You may also close your account yourself by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

An administrative fee may be charged monthly on inactive accounts. Contact our support team for full details.

Okjj believes gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. We are committed to supporting the mental and financial well-being of all our players.

Our responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Bet Limits: Control the maximum amount per bet

• Faults or security issues originating from the user's own device
• Delays or failures by third-party mobile banking services
• Unauthorised access to a user's password or account credentials
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.)

For any dispute, please contact our support team first. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, our international arbitration process will apply.

Okjj reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced via a notice on the website and may also be communicated by SMS to your registered mobile number.

Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
